What is included in the Free Forever account?
Free includes 1 owner, 3 active bookings, unlimited leads, archived clients and completed bookings, 5 GB of gallery storage, CRM, questionnaires, contracts, invoices, the client portal, galleries, 10 introductory Message Copilot drafts and one published studio website on your Captura subdomain.
What counts as an active booking?
A real booking uses one of your 3 Free slots until its event reaches Album Delivered. Leads and demo events do not use a slot. Archiving the client alone does not release the linked booking slot.
What happens after the 14-day Pro preview?
Your studio continues automatically on Free. Your website stays live and you can keep managing up to 3 active bookings. You are not locked out or required to add a card.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You can create and continue using your Free account without entering card details. Upgrade only when the additional capacity or paid features are useful to your studio.
Can I keep creating leads after reaching 3 active bookings?
Yes. Leads and client records remain unlimited. To confirm another active booking, complete an existing booking or upgrade to Pro for unlimited bookings.
What happens when I reach 5 GB of storage?
Your existing galleries, downloads and portal access remain available. New uploads pause until you delete files or upgrade. Captura does not automatically delete your work.
Do clients need an account or password?
Clients do not need a Captura account or login. Each client receives a secure personal portal link from the studio; if the studio optionally password-protects a gallery, the client enters the gallery password supplied by the studio.
Can I record UPI, cash and bank payments?
Yes. Captura can keep online, UPI, cash and bank payment records with the invoice so the paid amount and remaining balance stay visible.
Does Captura automatically import WhatsApp conversations?
No. Website enquiries can enter Captura automatically, while WhatsApp, Instagram and referral leads are added by the studio. Captura does not silently import private conversations.
What are the introductory Message Copilot drafts?
Every Free studio receives 10 drafts in total. Unused drafts remain available after the Pro preview until used. Business includes unlimited drafts, and every message remains review-before-send.
What happens if I cancel Pro or Business?
At the end of the paid period, the studio returns to Free without deleting client data. Free limits apply to net-new bookings, storage and team members, while existing records are preserved.
How does the Pro annual early-bird offer work?
The first 100 successful redemptions receive the first Pro annual term for ₹7,499. It renews at ₹9,990/year. Availability is confirmed only at checkout. Applicable taxes may apply.
Is Automation included on Free?
Automation is available during the 14-day Pro preview and remains available on paid Pro or Business plans. It is unavailable on Free after the preview ends.
How many photos can I add to the Free studio website?
The Free Captura-subdomain website includes up to 30 portfolio photos, each smaller than 2 MB. This website-asset cap is separate from the 5 GB gallery-storage allowance.
Can I use a custom domain?
Free includes a Captura subdomain for your studio website. Custom domains are available on Business.
Is Captura suitable for solo photographers and teams?
Yes. Free and Pro are designed for one owner. Business supports up to five users in total, including the owner.
