Privacy Policy

Captura is built for photography studios that handle sensitive client, event, invoice, and gallery information. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, studio name, phone number, logo, brand settings, team members, and subscription status.

Studios may add client details, leads, events, questionnaires, contracts, invoices, payments, expenses, galleries, portfolio photos, testimonials, and website content inside Captura.

How we use data

We use studio data to run the product: authentication, dashboards, client portals, invoices, emails, studio websites, analytics, support, and product security.

We do not sell studio or client data. We do not use private studio data to market unrelated services.

Service providers

Captura uses infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, and payment workflows. These services process data only so Captura can operate.

Where a studio connects third-party tools, the studio is responsible for reviewing those providers' own terms and privacy practices.

Studio responsibility

Each studio controls the client information it uploads into Captura. Studios should only upload data they are allowed to process and should honor client deletion or correction requests.

Public studio websites and shared client portals are controlled by the studio. Review content, links, and uploaded media before publishing.

Security

Captura uses authenticated access, organization-level permissions, and database policies to separate studio data. No SaaS system is risk-free, so studios should use strong passwords and limit team access.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately from the support page.

Contact

For privacy questions, account deletion, or data export requests, contact the Captura team through the support page.
