Cancellation and Refund Policy

Studio owners may schedule cancellation from the upgrade and billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until that period ends.

After cancellation is scheduled, renewal charges stop. At the end of the paid term, the studio continues on Captura Free rather than being locked. Free plan limits then apply, and Pro-only or Business-only features stop.

If usage is above a Free limit, being over quota does not itself delete existing data. New over-limit actions may be blocked until usage is reduced or the studio upgrades.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, an early-bird or introductory price applies to the first paid subscription term only. Renewals are charged at the standard price then in effect for the selected plan.

Displayed plan prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout expressly says tax is included. Checkout shows the amount and tax treatment before payment.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time in a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you believe a charge was duplicated or made in error, email hello@creativesparks.in to request a review. Include the Captura account email, charge date, amount, and transaction reference, but do not send full card details.
