Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Captura subscriptions operated by Creative Sparks. It explains how cancellation affects access and renewal charges, and how to request help with a charge.

Cancelling a subscription

Customers may cancel a paid Captura subscription through the billing or customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until that period ends.

After cancellation is scheduled, renewal charges stop. The subscription will not renew for another billing period unless it is reactivated before the current period ends.

Refunds and prorating

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time in a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe a charge was duplicated or made in error, email hello@creativesparks.in to request a review. Include the Captura account email, charge date, amount, and transaction reference, but do not send full card details.

Billing assistance

For cancellation help, renewal questions, or other billing assistance, email hello@creativesparks.in from the email linked to the studio owner account. Creative Sparks may ask for account and transaction details needed to review the request.
