Terms of Service

Captura is operated by Creative Sparks. These terms form an agreement between you and Creative Sparks (operating Captura).

Creative Sparks (operating Captura) provides a studio management platform for photographers and creative service teams. You may use it to manage leads, clients, events, galleries, invoices, contracts, team members, and studio websites.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the activity that happens inside your studio workspace.

Captura Free is available without a time limit. It currently includes 1 owner, up to 3 active bookings, 5 GB of gallery storage, and one published studio website on a Captura subdomain. Other limits and included features are shown on the pricing page.

New Free studios receive a 14-day Pro preview without a card. When it ends, the studio continues automatically on Free; the account is not locked merely because the preview ended. Pro-only features stop, while Free features remain available within their limits.

If a studio is over a Free limit when a preview or paid plan ends, being over quota does not itself delete existing data. Creative Sparks (operating Captura) may block new bookings, uploads, team additions, or other over-limit actions until usage is reduced or the studio upgrades.

Paid subscriptions renew for the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled. A paid subscription that ends returns to Free after the paid term, subject to the Free limits described above.

An early-bird or other introductory price applies only to the first paid term unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Later renewals use the standard price then shown for the selected plan. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout expressly says that tax is included.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including client records, photographs, galleries, testimonials, website copy, invoices, and contracts.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and publish content through Captura. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.

Creative Sparks works to keep Captura reliable, but early-access features may change as the product improves. Some integrations, templates, and automation features may be refined during onboarding.

Creative Sparks may pause access to protect the service, prevent abuse, or resolve security issues.

Creative Sparks (operating Captura) provides Captura as a business tool. Studios remain responsible for their client relationships, contracts, tax records, payment collection, and legal compliance.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Creative Sparks is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or disputes between a studio and its clients.
