Using Captura

Captura is a studio management platform for photographers and creative service teams. You may use it to manage leads, clients, events, galleries, invoices, contracts, team members, and studio websites.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the activity that happens inside your studio workspace.

Trial and billing

Captura may offer a free trial or early-access onboarding period. Paid usage, plan limits, storage limits, and payment terms will be shown on the pricing page or agreed directly during onboarding.

If a paid plan is overdue or cancelled, access may be limited until payment is resolved.

Studio content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including client records, photographs, galleries, testimonials, website copy, invoices, and contracts.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and publish content through Captura. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.

Availability

We work to keep Captura reliable, but early-access features may change as the product improves. Some integrations, templates, and automation features may be refined during onboarding.

We may pause access to protect the service, prevent abuse, or resolve security issues.

Liability

Captura is provided as a business tool. Studios remain responsible for their client relationships, contracts, tax records, payment collection, and legal compliance.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Captura is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or disputes between a studio and its clients.
